Quality control is quite important in the producing process. Also important after the producing process. Check the product before shipping is important. Sometimes the producer thinks that I used the good raw material, the product is not perfect,but it didn’t damage its function,it’s ok to send to the customers. But the imperfection influences the feeling of the trust. I want A plus,you gave me A. That is different product. It has different price. It’s over charged and not honest.
Recently, a client shared their experience with a shipment of PVC fiber cement boards where 30% of the goods had surface defects. The decorative film on these panels showed bubbles at the bonding points, uneven adhesion, and was prone to peeling.
Anyway, it’s clearly that the quality checking process has big problems. Could they solve the problem together? And start the order again. Of course not, the trust between the buyers and manufacturers is precious and vulnerability. Once it’s broken,it’s hard to rebuild. For the responsibility, they have different opinions. Even the manufacturer pay the money for the goods,the issues that the time wastes, the original promotion couldn’t be done and the damage of brand are hard to indemnify.
