What is WPC? WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is made of eco-friendly wood fiber, plastic and chemical additives. WPC is today a popular choice of material, thanks to it’s inherent characteristics of natural wood aesthetics combined with the tenacity to endure harsh outdoor conditions.
When referring to the outdoor WPC decking, this type of product also have the difference between co extrusion and non co extrusion. About the non co extrusion series, it can be divided into concise groove series and embossed series.
The concise series have thin grooves, medium grooves and thick grooves. The raw material can be seen as 32% HDPE, 58% wood powder, 10% chemical additives. The size can be 140/145/150 and more. And for the colors you can choose red wood, red pine, teak, coffee, walnut, light gray, dark gray and black. And it is 100% recyclable.
About the embossed series, we can have 3D embossed, 2 D embossed. And for the co extrusion series, we have knife cutting, wire brushed, 3D embossed, pitted lines, non wire brushed treatment and wire brushed treatment have many difference you can see, and the wire brushed treatment can be more like the real wood.
